Insurance We Accept

We believe quality mental health care should be accessible. NY Therapy Services is proudly in-network with the following major insurance carriers:

• Aetna

• Cigna / Evernorth

• Optum / UnitedHealthcare / Oxford

• Empire BlueCross BlueShield (Anthem)

Please note: Eligibility and specific copay amounts depend on your individual plan. Our administrative office will verify your out-of-pocket costs prior to your intake session.

Out-of-Network & Private Pay Rates

If you are covered by an insurance plan not listed above, we can provide you with an itemized monthly superbill. Many plans offer out-of-network benefits that will reimburse you for a significant portion of your therapy costs.

• Initial Diagnostic Assessment:$175

• Individual Psychotherapy (45–50 mins):$150

Good Faith Estimate

Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a "Good Faith Estimate" explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost if you are uninsured or not utilizing commercial insurance.

Cancellation Policy

Your session time is reserved exclusively for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require at least 24 hours advance notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a standard $75 late cancellation fee.
